Bachelor’s in Applied Science – West Liberty University

The Bachelor’s in Applied Science degree program is designed for students who already have an associates degree who wish to obtain a Bachelor’s degree. This degree addresses the needs of individuals whose educational goals are not being met through tradition four-year degree programs.

Areas of Emphasis:

  • Criminal Justice Studies

    • The Bachelor’s in Applied Science degree with an emphasis in Criminal Justice Studies includes courses in Criminal Law, Ethics in Law, Criminal Procedure, Contemporary Law Enforcement, Juvenile Delinquency & Justice, and Management and Supervision.

  • Health Science Studies

    • The Bachelor’s in Applied Science degree with an emphasis in Health Science Studies includes courses Health and Social Policy, Therapeutic Communication, Issues in Health Care and Health Care Delivery Systems.

Requirements

  • Students must possess and Associates of Applied Science degree form a regionally accredited institution.

  • Students must meet all general institutional admission requirements.
